RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the development of business strategies and growth plans
- Engaging with potential clients to effectively present products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction
- Assisting in the preparation of business proposals and presentations
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors for staying ahead in the market
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients, leads and target markets

- Identifying business strengths and understanding customer needs
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Solid understanding of business development principles and strategies
- Strong business view and the ability to build trusting, stable customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills: ability to handle multiple clients, meetings, and deadlines
- Eager to network and motivated for continuous learning and development
- Confident in presentations and equipped with a friendly determination to achieve customer and user related goals
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Technical proficiency in MS Office tools
- Familiarity with diverse CRM platforms
- Familiarity with SEO basics for effective online marketing strategies
- Solid marketing knowledge to create compelling messages and emails for effective communication
- Solid data analysis skills for informed decision-making and strategy development
- Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
ADVANTAGES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or a related field
- Previous experience in business development or sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Data Analytics
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies to effectively plan, organize, and manage key business projects
