RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating prototypes for new web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Taking ownership of the entire UI/UX design process, from defining customer needs to developing concepts and specifying UI/UX for developers
- Understanding product specifications and user psychology
- Discussing product specifications and user psychology for the project with the client
- Engaging in meetings with clients and stakeholders to visually present new product features, ideas, solutions, and plans
- Working collaboratively in an agile team, demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Managing, mentoring and supporting junior members of the design team
- Conducting user research and testing
- Enhancing user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a UI / UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVisionApp, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of prototyping tools to develop interactive design concepts
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
- Ability to understand business metrics and translate customer goals and objectives into digital experiences
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Desire to continuously learn and improve UX design skills
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
- Proficiency in the English language for both written and verbal communication
ADVANTAGES

- Previous experience in visualizing data and complex information for clear user understanding
