Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Develop, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid advertising)
Create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and email campaigns
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations
Plan and manage Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives
Oversee and manage social media channels, engaging with the audience and maintaining a strong brand presence
Optimize website pages to improve SEO and search rankings
Conduct market research to analyze the target audience and identify relevant industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, and SEM strategies
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes
Knowledge of email marketing strategies and automation tools
Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize strategies
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, and other CMS platforms
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Advantages

Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
Familiarity with video content creation and editing for social media and ads
Knowledge of the German language
Completion of relevant courses or certifications in digital marketing
A portfolio showcasing previous marketing projects or case studies
